The Patriotic Pig started out in Sept, 2016 as a BBQ catering business with a mission to support our veterans and first responders. As the name suggests, The Patriotic Pig is a patriotic initiative started by Army veteran Marc Smith and his wife Gina who are passionate about BBQ and engaging in a business with an objective and purpose. Since 2016, we’ve grown from caterer to food truck to now brick and mortar restaurant in North Richland Hills. We're now one of the top wedding caterers in DFW catering over 500 weddings per year and our restaurant is now a popular dining spot for veterans, first responders and our fellow freedom-loving Americans.
